Employees are required to certify that they comply with the Code of Conduct policy on a periodic basis.

SkySpring Oil and Gas Services, Inc. does, on its own and using reasonable efforts and trustworthy information make a reliable determination as to the source/origin of all raw materials used in its manufacturing processes.
